Volunteers must be able to stand for 3 hours and be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively for up. Our food bank has been operating for over 12 years now, serving approximately 250 families per month. Please come prepared to assist primarily seniors in lifting their food to their cars or taking it to their doors.
